"There are times in our life when we are invited to ask ourselves, What is truly important to me? What do I want to create in my life? Counseling is a way to create a space for the truth to present itself.  I am honored to learn from you what is truly important to you, and who you truly are. Together, we can become aware of what supports you in connecting to your inner knowing- your most authentic self."

"I love helping people create balance in their lives emotionally, nutritionally, and physically through teaching people how to live intuitively. This means that I believe each person has a different formula that produces a healthy balance in their lives. I assist people in assessing all areas of their lives, identifying which areas may be out of balance, and developing a solution based plan to create the life they have always wanted."
