Ashlee Langholz, Master’s Level Intern

Ashlee is a graduate student in Colorado State’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. She believes therapy is an act of guided self-discovery and sees health and wellbeing as an integrated system. Her practice has been inspired by Mindfulness, Existential Theory, Self-Compassion and EcoPsychology. Before becoming a counselor, Ashlee had a career in communications and storytelling where she grew deep roots in empathetic listening and helping people uncover meaning through words and emotions. Outside of the clinic, Ashlee loves long days in the mountains -whether running or rock climbing- and sharing time and space with friends and family.
