Danna Cooperberg, LPCC

Danna is currently working towards her Masters in Mental Health Counseling through Northwestern University. In working with clients she takes a person centered approach while incorporating psychodynamic theory, CBT and mindfulness into her practice.  Danna believes that mental health is a product of the whole self, reaching beyond just mind and body, but also the creative, intuitive and spiritual aspects of our being. She aims to provide space for dynamic explorations of these topics. She has found that through deep understanding, we can align to our true selves. Working together to reconnect clients to their internal and external world, Danna fosters self-compassion and helps  develop the tools to arrive in a space of increased peace and potential. Danna has a particular interest in working with clients with anxiety and depression, though her experience has also been in working with those in chronic pain and experiencing substance abuse disorder. Working collaboratively, she is honored to help clients begin the extraordinary process of healing and becoming.
