Finding an infinite moment to delight in can be a powerful practice for cultivating a sense of joy and gratitude in our daily lives. As we allow ourselves to fully engage with the present moment, we can begin to notice the small details that often go unnoticed in our busy lives.
Take a moment to appreciate the beauty of the world around you. Notice the warmth of the sun on your face. Notice the breeze on your skin. Notice the colors, sounds, and textures of your surroundings, and allow yourself to fully appreciate them.
Feel a sense of gratitude for this moment and for the opportunity to be alive and experience the world around you. Notice where in your body you feel that sense of gratitude. What does it feel like?
Look at the world today with the eyes of a child. Allow yourself to feel wonder. Allow yourself to be curious. Allow yourself to let go of the beliefs and judgments that do not serve you. Allow yourself the freedom available to you in this moment.
~ Today's post inspired by Gregory Boyle from his book, The Whole Language.
"Manuel leaned into me, finding yet another infinite moment to delight in and said, "I've never heard a live choir before"
