Hi, I'm Cat
I’m a counselor who believes in the power of connection, compassion, and showing up just as you are. I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s on your mind, make sense of your story, and take steps toward meaningful change. I’ll meet you with curiosity, warmth, and a little humor when it helps—because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just trying to navigate life’s ups and downs, we’ll work together to uncover your strength and move forward in a way that feels true to you.
Working Together
Cat is a Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate who is passionate about helping people uncover their strengths and navigate life’s challenges with compassion and
understanding. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Northern Colorado and takes pride in building meaningful,
collaborative relationships with her clients.
Her approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, blending tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, interpersonal therapy, and mindfulness to meet
each person’s unique needs. Cat also believes in a whole-body approach to mental health, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and emotions in the healing process. She has worked with adolescents and adults navigating a variety of concerns, including eating disorders, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. No matter the concern, her goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to share their stories and create meaningful change.
Cat values connection and finds witnessing her clients’ resilience and growth deeply rewarding. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys spending time with friends, hiking in the Colorado mountains, reading, tending to her houseplants, and spending time with her husband and their sweet dog, Arlo.
