Holding Your Wholeness

Holding your wholeness means recognizing and embracing all aspects of yourself, including your strengths, weaknesses, and vulnerabilities. It means accepting and valuing yourself as a complete and unique individual, with all of your flaws and imperfections.


Practice- Focus your attention on the sensation of your breath moving in and out of your body. This practice helps you stay connected to your inner self and cultivates a sense of inner peace. Set aside time each day to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You can do this by journaling, meditating, or simply sitting quietly and reflecting.



Be kind and gentle with yourself, and trust that you have the inner resources to stay connected to your authentic self, even in the face of challenges.
