Sometimes, we realize we are not going in the direction we want to go. There is no judgment in this. This is natural and human. The view from where we are may be glorious. It may be full of sunshine and loveliness. Yet, still we are not going in the direction we want to go.

Honoring our inner voice is no easy task. It often requires us to confront our fears, step outside of our comfort zones, and face uncertainty. By honoring our inner voice, we give ourselves the opportunity to pursue a life that truly aligns with who we are and what we desire.

Making a change in life can be challenging, especially when we're in a comfortable and familiar situation. It's natural to feel hesitant about disrupting that comfort and stepping into the unknown.

It is important to cultivate self-compassion for ourselves during these times.

Begin by finding a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax and settle into the present moment.

Bring your attention to any areas of tension or discomfort in your body. With each breath, imagine that you are gently releasing and letting go of any physical or emotional pain associated with the changes you're going through.

Now, focus on your heart center, the area in the middle of your chest. Visualize a soft, glowing light radiating from this space, representing love and healing.

With each breath, visualize this light expanding and filling your entire body, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Feel the warmth and energy radiating throughout your being, providing you with a sense of stability and inner calm.

As you continue to breathe, repeat the following affirmations silently or aloud:

"I am open to healing and transformation during this time of change."

"I am resilient and capable of navigating change."

"I am supported by my inner strength and the universe around me."

Now, imagine yourself stepping forward into the landscape of change. As you take each step, feel a sense of empowerment and trust in yourself and the journey ahead.

When you're ready, slowly bring your awareness back to your body and the present moment. Gently open your eyes, maintaining a sense of inner calm and readiness to face the changes in your life.
