Hi, I'm John
I’m a counselor who believes healing takes strength—and that strength doesn’t mean doing it alone. I offer a steady, grounded space where you can talk about what’s really going on, without judgment or pressure. Whether you’re working through trauma, navigating anxiety, or trying to make sense of a tough chapter, I’m here to support your process at your pace. Together, we’ll build clarity, resilience, and a path forward that’s right for you.
