My Roots In This Work

Kate Newton is a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified yoga educator who blends counseling with the healing wisdom of the body. With warmth, presence, and a deep belief in the mind-body connection, Kate helps clients reconnect with their inner peace—even through life’s hardest seasons. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction, and sleep issues, offering a holistic approach rooted in mindfulness, breathwork, and compassionate listening.

 

Kate shares, “You deserve to be seen, heard, and understood. It is possible to take pain and use it as a catalyst for personal growth. I will walk with you as you find your way back to yourself.”
