Hi, I'm Kate
I’m a counseling intern who believes in the power of showing up just as you are—messy, brave, and beautifully human. I take a kind, strength-based approach to therapy, helping clients feel seen and supported through life’s ups and downs. Whether you’re navigating grief, identity, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to walk with you. I believe healing happens when we feel safe, understood, and not alone.
Your Journey Supported
I bring a gentle, compassionate presence to the work I do, and I truly believe that therapy isn’t about erasing pain—it’s about transforming the way we carry it. I’m passionate about creating a space where vulnerability is met with empathy, understanding, and care. My approach is strength-based and collaborative, and I love helping clients feel both supported and empowered.
I have a special place in my heart for those navigating some of life’s harder moments—grief and loss, identity shifts, trauma, and transitions that don’t always come with a clear roadmap. I find deep joy in walking alongside women, adolescents, and emerging adults who are rediscovering who they are and what truly matters to them.
In session, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are—messy, honest, and human. I draw on mindfulness, self-compassion, and holistic wellness, and always tailor my approach to your unique goals. Whether you’ve always been the “strong one” or you’re just beginning to speak your truth, I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and care.
One of the greatest honors of my life is sitting beside someone and helping make their world feel just a little less heavy.
Outside the counseling room, I’m usually curled up with a good fantasy book, dancing (joyfully and imperfectly!) in a Zumba class, hiking mountain trails, or soaking up quality time with my community.
