This type of support group goes beyond addressing isolated challenges and focuses on nurturing teens' physical, emotional, mental, and social well-being as interconnected aspects of their overall health.

Emotional Well-being: Providing a safe space for teens to express their feelings, fears, and anxieties, while also teaching them emotional regulation techniques and coping strategies.


Physical Well-being: Educating teens about healthy lifestyles, nutrition, exercise, and the importance of self-care routines to promote physical health and wellness.


Mental Well-being: Addressing stress management, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques to enhance mental clarity and resilience in the face of academic or personal pressures.
