Our Approach

We offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach that integrates evidence-based therapies, somatic practices, and mindfulness-based care. We believe in meeting individuals where they are—honoring body diversity and supporting a body-neutral approach that prioritizes well-being over weight. Our team is also informed by the principles of Health at Every Size® (HAES®) and embraces a weight-inclusive, respectful model of care.

Our multidisciplinary team includes licensed therapists, registered dietitians, and experienced professionals who collaborate to provide comprehensive, personalized treatment. We support individuals navigating anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), and other forms of disordered eating. We recognize that healing isn’t just about food—it’s about reclaiming your voice, reconnecting with your body, and living a life that feels whole and aligned.

Yes! Our team includes registered dietitians who offer nutrition counseling as part of your healing journey. We take a body-neutral and weight-inclusive approach to nutrition, focusing on nourishing your body and building a positive relationship with food.

Do you work with families?

Absolutely. Eating disorders often affect not just the individual, but the whole family system. We offer family support and therapy to foster understanding, healing communication, and collaborative recovery.

What is a “body-neutral approach”?

A body-neutral approach focuses on respecting and caring for your body, without focusing on weight or appearance. It’s about learning to trust your body, treat it with compassion, and see it as a partner in your healing—not an enemy.
